This gorgeous venue in Ivy City by Chef Matt Baker was once a former tomato packing warehouse, but now showcases modern, deeply complex dishes made from local products. The exposed brick and stark walls evoke an industrial vibe, and the natural light and greenery of the Atrium and rooftop garden add a level of softness and comfort. You can opt for one of the multicourse Chef's Tasting Menus or create a customized tasting experience. Generous private and semi-private event spaces are offered up to 130 in size, and the full-service bar located in the rooftop Greenhouse offers seasonally crafted cocktails from a curated selection of wines and spirits. The Conservatory menu features  3-course Taste of Gravitas experience or a la carte selections from a range of small bites, starters, entrees, and desserts. The culinary team is dedicated to meeting the dietary needs of their guests and strives to accommodate requests with advanced notice.
