Juniper

Juniper is a seasonal American restaurant located in The Vanderbilt hotel and residences in Westbury, Long Island.  Juniper's menu highlights Long Island's bounty of produce, meat and fish, with a focus on steaks, American wine and a robust cocktail program.

The restaurant design is classically elegant, with double-height floor to ceiling windows, a white marble bar, and Carrera tile flooring throughout.  An expansive terrace overlooking the property’s pool is ideal for outdoor receptions.  Its sun-lit main dining room, lounge, private dining room, bar and outdoor terrace are all available as private dining options.

Weddings at Juniper may include use of the Vanderbilt's ten onsite hotel rooms, upstairs bridal suite and an indoor or outdoor ceremony.
