Grounded in Australian tradition and New York soul, Daintree offers a lively setting for imaginative cocktails and globally inspired bites, paired with oversized windows and sweeping views of the city skyline.

Daintree Rooftop’s interiors incorporate organic textures and materials, set against the dramatic NYC backdrop and 26th-floor skyline views, creating a metropolitan-meets-bohemian vibe in the heart of Manhattan. Flushed with greenery, the bi-level space features an antique mirrored-bar and plush lounge seating, while a lively forest-inspired mural, designed by PaperWhite Studio, lines the staircase to Daintree’s intimate 70-seat rooftop terrace with twinkling string lighting and a separate outdoor bar.
