Shiraz Kitchen is proudly named after one of the most ancient and beloved cities of the Orient, renowned for its enlightening poetry, wine, rose gardens, nightingales, and warm hospitality. From our Kitchen we bring you some of the oldest and most spectacular (creative) cuisine of the world. Glancing at our colorful menu, you will enjoy the sumptuous variety and flavors in our cuisine which reflect the rich cultural diversity of the Persiante Area which is attuned to ingredients such as pistachios, almonds, walnuts, pomegranates, sour and sweet cherries, roses, figs and persimmons, quince and sweet and sour lemons, and grapes. Flavors are further enhanced with delicate legumes and aromatic spices of saffron, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and dried limes.
